1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under one condition:

  • Damaged Products During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to transit, you are eligible for a return and refund.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a purchase. All sales are considered final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

  • Sale Items: We do not offer returns or exchanges for products purchased during sales and discounted products.

3. Return Window

  • You must initiate a return within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

4. How to Initiate a Return for Damaged Goods

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ambiglobe.com or through the 'Contact Us' page on our website (www.ambiglobe.com).

  2. Provide Proof: You must include clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the shipping box/packaging.

  3. Receive Authorization: Once we review the evidence and approve the return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

5. Shipping and Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is FREE for products confirmed as damaged during transit. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: A flat rate restocking fee of ₹250 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) will be deducted from your total refund amount for all approved returns. This fee covers processing and inspection costs.

6. Processing Your Refund

Once the damaged item is received and inspected at our facility:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days].

  • The ₹250 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
